TBanco Daycoval Ombudsman mediates issues between the Bank and its clients independently and impartially by observing consumer rights to find satisfactory and transparent solutions.

Daycoval’s Ombudsman welcomes suggestions, criticisms and complaints about issues that have not been resolved through the available channels or have not met our clients’ and users’ expectations and needs.
